Irish Film The Summit Wins Top Award at Sundance

There has been another Irish success at the Sundance Film Festival in America!

First Irish Folk Furniture takes home the award for Best Animation and now another Irish film has won an award at the prestigious Sundance Film Festival.

The Summit has claimed the prize for editing at the American festival which celebrates the best of independent filmmaking.

The documentary tells the tragic story of mountain-climber Ger McDonnell who attempted to climb K2.

 

The Summit won the award for editing at the Sundance Film Festival.
