Another episode of First Dates Ireland is over and the dust is settling on a handful of horribly awkward moments.
Love may not exactly have been in the air for some of the people, but there were some instances of blossoming relationships.
Eoin and Katie took part in the show last night, and people found the pair to be very charming altogether.
Romance seemed to be in the air for the two of them as they agreed to go on a second date.
But it was Eoin’s opening line which gave many people at home a laugh. Instead of just starting off by asking how she was, he blurted out that he was late because a bird “shat” on him.
We guess honesty is the best policy.
People watching at home loved it and couldn’t help noticing the irony of the situation…
