Looks like this feud isn’t ending anytime soon.
Katy Perry has teamed up with Nicki Minaj for a brand new single, Swish Swish. It’s available now on YouTube, Spotify and various streaming sites. After listening to it people have been saying the exact same thing – that it’s a dig at Taylor Swift.
In case you weren’t up to speed. Taylor Swift and Katy Perry are not in a good place right now. When we say not in a good place, we mean they hate each other. They have been throwing sly digs at each other for the last few years and it doesn’t look like it’s going to stop anytime soon.
This new song proves that.
People are clinging on to some of the lyrics suggesting that they’re about Taylor. In one part, Katy sings, “Don’t need opinions, From a selfish or a sheep,” which is very like something she said a few years ago, on social media, when the feud first kicked off, “Watch out for Regina George in sheep’s clothing.”
She also sings, “You’re ’bout cute as an old coupon expired And karma’s not a liar, she keeps receipts,” which people think is a reference to Kim Kardashian’s feud with Taylor.
