She is “incredibly offended”.
Paris Jackson has spoken out about Joseph Fiennes’ portrayal of her late father Michael Jackson and she is not happy.
When the news broke last year that Joseph had been cast to play Michael in a one-off special it confused a lot of people. While Joseph presumably got the role on merit, many have criticised the choice to cast a caucasian actor to play the legendary African-American icon.
Fiennes is best known for his role in the 1998 movie Shakespeare In Love and doesn’t bare any resemblance to the late singer.

The trailer has now been released for the TV special and once again it’s drawn a lot of criticism, mainly because of Joseph.

Paris took to Twitter to slam the show saying that she is “incredibly offended” and that it’s “insulting”.
@TheMJCast i’m so incredibly offended by it, as i’m sure plenty of people are as well, and it honestly makes me want to vomit.

@TheMJCast it angers me to see how obviously intentional it was for them to be this insulting, not just towards my father, but my godmother liz as well
