Zara launches a sustainable range full of hero pieces that will sell out immediately

These are actually beautiful.

Cathy Donohue

Okay, so every single piece from Zara’s #JoinLife collection is a must-have.

The brand’s first sustainable collection launched yesterday and is all about looking after the environment, with each garment made from materials such as Tencel (comprised of wood cellulose), recycled wool and organic cotton.

Following the footsteps of high-street competitors ASOS and H&M who have previously launched eco-friendly lines, this is a first for Zara and to be fair, the designs are just gorgeous.

The prices are a littler higher than Zara’s standard collections so you might have to limit yourself when it comes to making a purchase or two.

Those ruffled sleeves, that neutral colour palette: statement workwear perfection that can be easily accessorised so that it works equally well for evening.

Here are just a few of the looks that are literally speaking to me, as in jumping off the page and into my wardrobe.

#JoinLife launched online yesterday so you can shop away to your heart’s content.
