In case this is a new one for you, the naked cake is basically a cake without embellishment or intricate icing.

While elaborate cakes were always the traditional option, people are paring it back and going for a simpler option.
Seeing as all you need is fresh fruit and/or edible flowers if you’re feeling fancy, the ‘Naked’ cake could dramatically reduce one wedding expense.
