It’s almost time for cosy knits and we couldn’t be happier.
They’re so easy to style, you’ll wear them over and over and major, major plus point is the fact that they’re ridiculously comfy.
You might not be able to wear your duvet to work anytime soon (the dream) so this autumnal River Island piece is the closest you’re going to get.
Having had a scan of Instagram, where you’re guaranteed to find multiple fashion finds and end up with a very long wish list, we can tell you that River Island’s knit game is strong for the coming season.
Statement sleeves, a major trend for summer 2017, are here to stay. Bad news when trying to eat/cook while wearing these bad boys but good news for how absolutely FAB they look at all times.
The first one we’re loving is the ‘Grey floral embroidered jumper’ and although it’s not cheap at €80, the attention to detail here is superb. Wear it with jeans, a denim mini, leather pants…it’ll soon pay for itself.
Another option, already popping up on Instagram is the ‘Cream floral embroidered option’ and again, the embroidery makes this a key piece and not just another knit.
Our favourite part though is the fact you can throw one of these on and the work is done because pieces like these form the focus of an ensemble and there’s very little styling requirements needed then.
