Supermodel Rosie Huntington-Whiteley Launches Lingerie Line for Marks and Spencer

Take a look at the gorgeous lingerie designed by the stunning Rosie Huntington-Whiteley for Autograph at M&S.

Her.ie was in good company last Thursday, including Company the magazine, along with Vogue, Grazia, Red and many more.

We were in London to see the stunningly gorgeous Rosie Huntington-Whiteley launch her lingerie line for Autograph at Marks and Spencer.

The Rosie for Autograph line is available in M&S stores and online now, and is comprised of 33 beautiful pieces including silk lingerie sets, cami and French knicker sets, a teddy and a kimono-style robe we fawned over.

Speaking of the line, Rosie said: “To find inspiration for the collection, I trawled my favourite vintage shops and flea markets in London, LA and Paris where I found a treasure trove of gorgeous clothes and ornate pieces of jewellery, as well as pictures and patterns found in old design books and fashion magazines.”

Rosie said she was particularly drawn to the elegance of the 20’s era, and the style of this era really inspired her designs, as did the different types of roses, appropriately enough…

She continued; “I also drew on my experiences as a model to create lingerie pieces that work on the body and are as comfortable to wear as they are beautiful. My goal was to create a luxurious collection which could flatter women of all ages and sizes, inspiring confidence and making women feel gorgeous in their lingerie. I made sure each design incorporated different shapes of bra and knicker together with camis and kimonos to complement the figure.”

Her.ie will confess to a small amount of skepticism when faced with any celebrity line, and how much input said celeb actually had in the process, but Rosie really did seem to know her stuff and was more than comfortable talking the assembled press through the line in intricate detail.

Yes, she does that good in person. No, the lingerie won’t make you look like Rosie – but the collection looked fantastic on all of the models on the day, different shapes and sizes catered too as you would expect from M&S.

The collection is stunning, and it certainly won’t break the bank. Have a look through what’s available now in the gallery above – and more additions are due in stores in October and November. Bra sizes range from 30-40, with cup sizes from A to E and certain sizes available up to G, while knickers range from size 8 to size 20.
