Although pretty lace cutwork is far from practical, we love it nonetheless.
It might be something to do with how Instagram friendly it is, the fact that it’s loved by all the major fashion bloggers and of course, how easily it can transform a simple outfit into something special.
Case in point, this Topshop Lace Cutwork Sweatshirt which is far from cheap at €103 but we seem to have lost all sense of reason because it’s just that gorgeous.
Standard Tuesday behaviour when you feel like you need a treat even though your bank account tells you otherwise.
As you’ll see from the images below, this blouse turns day-to-day jeans into a social media opportunity and the very fact that it’s selling like hotcakes is proof of how coveted it is.
Californian blogger, Heather who you’ll find at _thefab3, debuted it on her Instagram account and it wasn’t long before the comments started to multiply with everyone saying that they “needed” said top.
Although it’s perfection when worn on its own, there’s the option to layer it over pieces when the weather takes a chilly turn over the next couple of months.
We might not need another white piece, they’re impossible to keep clean after all, but that doesn’t stop us from yearning after this beauty all the same.
There are a couple of sizes left at the moment but we’re hoping that because it’s so popular, it will be restocked again soon.
In the meantime, we’ll keep dreaming of all the ways we can wear it while at the same time, attempting to find similar dupes online.
