Who knew that coffee could have so many different functions eh?

“The problem isn’t your feet, it’s what’s on them” or so says the folks at Ministry of Supply who are on a mission to tackle the smelly feet problem with coffee infused socks!

“Wait coffee?” I hear you ask. Yes, these particular socks contain carbonised coffee which helps filter and absorb nasty foot odours.

“Odor control is difficult in socks” says the Ministry of Supply, “As such, we turned to nature to find an effective way to create a fresher sock, leading us to coffee.”

“Atlas [the sock] uses carbonized coffee which has been reclaimed from coffee roasters and shops, and is processed through a pharmaceutical process to remove the coffee oils […] and is then infused into our recycled polyester yarns.”

Not only that but this genius piece of footwear also uses a clever thermal imaging, train analysis and pressure mapping system that makes for a cosy fit and comfy support for those tired feet.

So far the innovative Kickstarter project has surpassed its $30,000 goal accumulating a whopping $98,000 as of July.

We’ve been reassured that your feet won’t actually smell of coffee!
