Nicole Richie has revealed that her fall-back outfit consists of jeans, a t-shirt and a pair of high heels.
Not only does this mean that she is nowhere near as high-maintenance as her public persona suggests but that we can now justify opting similar attire.
The reality television star turned fashion designer admitted that she relies on the classic combination when she’s on the road touring with her hubby Joel Madden who sings in rock band Good Charlotte.

During an interview with InStyle the pint-sized star said, ‘If I’m on tour with my husband, I stick to heels, Alexander Wang tees and skinny jeans.’
Nicole also said that she tends to stay away from anything too different or that she’s not comfortable in.
‘I’m a coward about red-carpet dressing. If I’m nervous about something, I don’t wear it,’ explained the 30 year old.
