Twilight actress Kristen Stewart has been announced as the face of fashion house Chanel.
23-year-old Kristen was seated front row at the Chanel Métiers D’Art Paris-Dallas show in Dallas, Texas last night when the news became public knowledge.
She wore high-waisted orange leather trousers and a cropped top from the spring/summer 2014 Chanel show.
Kristen first met Karl Lagerfeld, the head designer at Chanel, in January 2012 during a photo shoot in Paris when she was photographed in Chanel Couture.

According to British Vogue, the 2013 Métiers d’Art Paris‐Dallas collection campaign has been shot by Karl Lagerfeld and will be released in May 2014.
The actress is the latest in a long list of famous faces to front the fashion house, including Blake Lively, Keira Knightley and Diane Kruger.
This is not the first time Kristen has been linked to a haute couture fashion house for she recently appeared in Balenciaga’s Florabotanica campaign.
