Kate Middleton’s latest outfit is very different and we LOVE it

The Duchess also revealed some surprising information about her children.

K Middy has sported some seriously fab style of late.

McQueen appears to be her designer of choice at the moment, she wore this stunning scalloped dress recently on the royal tour of Canada and then the below poppy print midi-length to attend an engagement last night.

The mother of two, accompanied by her husband Prince William, hosted a Buckingham Palace reception last night for Team GB’S Olympic and Paralympic competitors.

Marking a change from her usual nude pumps, the Duchess chose rust-coloured Gianvitto Rossi suede heels and I’m also LOVING her bag, a Miu Miu shoulder bag with a chain strap.

Although it could be seen as a tad matchy-matchy, for some reason it really worked and her loose bouncy waves and natural makeup adds an effortless vibe to this chic ensemble.

During the event, Kate spoke to equestrian gold medalist Natasha Barker who enquired after Prince George and Princess Charlotte, Kate’s children.

After their chat, Natasha spoke to media at the event and explained that Charlotte (1) has already developed a love for horses.

Talking to People, the talented sportswoman said:

“I asked her how the children were, and she said Charlotte is really enjoying her riding — which is great to hear”.

While this is quite surprising as the little girl is only a year old, Kate has apparently said she will do her best to support her daughter’s equestrian interests as she grows older.

She also said that Prince George has developed a love for fencing and it’s because of one specific detail.

“George is fascinated by fencing, but I think that’s because of the face shields”.
