It’s tough being a celebrity these days. And by celebrity we don’t mean the people who are actually famous for doing something like say acting, singing or making music, we mean the people who are simply famous for being a bit famous namely Lauren Goodger from TOWIE, failed X Factor winner Shayne Ward and we’re sad to say former Baywatch beauty Pamela Anderson.
So what do you do when your popularity has all but dried up and you’re desperate to inject a bit more longevity slash cash into your seriously waning career? Why take part in a reality show of course.
While Strictly has the rep of actually being well, reputable, ITV’s Dancing On Ice is kind of seen as the reality show poor relation – the majority of the contestants are decidedly D list – and this year is no exception.
But while we do applaud their attempts to master the ice, we have to say we were shocked that people supposedly so self-conscious of their image would pose and pout in what can only be described as some of the most hideous creations we’ve ever laid eyes on.

From Lauren’s eye assaulting blue number to Anthea Turner showing off her wares in Barbie pink we’re guessing their hope for career resurrection is the only thing spurning on such sartorial sacrilege.

So stop flashing the flesh ladies and shed those sequins pronto – before it’s too late!
