First Look – Here’s What We LOVE From The M&S Autumn Winter Collection

We had a sneak peek at what's in store next season.,

Part of the fun of fashion is getting to grips with the latest trends but there’s a lot to be said for investing in classic well-cut pieces that stand the style test of time.

We were in London yesterday to have a sneak peek at what M&S has in store for autumn winter 2015 and let’s just say we returned with a VERY long wishlist.

The collection starts to drop in September and here are some of the pieces you’ll want to keep an eye out for.

Leopard Love

We couldn’t help but picture the Duchess of Cambridge in this animal print skirt suit (jacket €80, skirt €47.50). Okay, so it might be definitely is  louder than what she usually wears but she would look A-MAZ-ING in it. We need to make this happen.

Back to black

There will always be a place for a black jumpsuit in your wardrobe and this seventies style (€175)  is a firm favourite for us. Just look at that scalloped detail.

“Whatever”

If you’re a Cher Horowitz devotee, you’ll love these Clueless inspired pieces. Fluffy pink faux-fur and a pastel checked mini equals prep school pretty.

Print perfection

We do love a good print and this snakeskin pencil skirt (€95) is going to be a must-have for many a fashion maven. Dress it up with a silk camisole or down with a chunky knit, there’s so many styling options.

 Suede…everywhere

Suede is one of fashion’s buzz words at the moment and that doesn’t look set to change anytime soon. Suede makes a style statement and this trench coat (€399) is in a word…dreamy. We like to think of it as an investment.

Kitsch accessories

A wine coloured rucksack, jewelled necklaces and colour block crossbody satchels  were among our favourite accessory picks.

The below emoji-inspired handbag is a guaranteed conversation starter.

Victorian Vibes

While a white dress isn’t the most practical of outfit options, you can’t deny how pretty the below Victoriana style is (€60). Fashion house Chloe ensured the LWD was the piece to be seen in this season (Hello, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley) and that looks set to continue for AW15.

We love the high collar and elegant midi-length of this style. Want. Need. Must-have.
