A woman in California, USA, got the shock of a lifetime this week when a large snake slithered out of the toilet in her office at work.
Stephanie Lacsa, who works in San Diego, said she received “the shock of her life” when the five-foot long snake came out of the toilet.
“I thought my eyes were deceiving me,” she said. “But as soon as I saw the flicker of its tongue, I definitely knew that it was in fact a large snake heading straight towards me.
“I ran out of the bathroom screaming louder than I’d like to admit and taped the door,” she continued.
“The animal control officer said that she had never witnessed anything like this in her career.”
According to reports, the Colombian Rainbow Boa was captured by San Diego’s Animal Control team and is being looked after by them.
