It’s being billed as the last hurrah of summer.

Temperatures are set to reach highs of 17-21 degrees over the weekend. Met Eireann are predicting that Friday will be dry with some small outbreaks of rain as clouds move across the county.
Solar UV Index today Friday:
Low in Ulster & Connacht
Low to Moderate in Leinster but high in sunshine.
Moderate to high in Munster.— Met Éireann (@MetEireann) August 12, 2016
These clouds are expected to clear on Saturday paving the way for prime BBQ weather all the day. Sunday will be the highlight of the weekend as the mercury is expected to hit 20-22 degrees. As always it is highly recommended that people take the appropriate precautions with regards to UV rays by wearing sun cream and seeking shade from the heat.
As always we should take this information with a pinch of salt, as Met Eireann have been known to disappoint in the past.
