The Buncrana tragedy has deeply shocked the nation, with expressions of grief and sympathy for the McGrotty family appearing nationwide.
Yesterday it was reported that fans of both the Dublin and Donegal GAA teams would applaud for one minute in the fifth minute of today’s National League game, to honour the tragic 5 family members that passed away after the freak accident.
Tonight, the fans remembered Sean, Mark and Evan McGrotty, grandmother Ruth Daniels, and her daughter Jodie Lee Daniels.
