Finally, some good weather news.
It’s going to get a lot warmer today. Met Éireann has said that temperatures could reach as high as 17 degrees in some parts.
After frost and mist patches clear this morning it will become a dry day with sunshine and highs of 14 to 17 degrees expected.
It will be a few degrees lower near south and east coasts due to cool onshore breezes.
They have said that easterly winds will be light in most areas, but brisker along the south coast.
