Well done to Eilis O’Reilly, who has qualified for the 2016 Rio Olympics.
The 18-year-old has made history for the country by becoming the first Irish woman to qualify as a gymnast in the Olympics.
According to SportsJOE, she secured a place at Rio 2016 through her performance at the Aquecce Rio test event, the final qualifying round for the Games which took place at the HSBC Barra Olympic Arena.
Brilliant!
