A man covered in human waste was arrested and jailed after being caught peeping at women from a septic tank underneath female toilets at Sand Springs water park in the US.
Ken Enslow, 52, was arrested last weekend after a complaint from a woman who brought her 7 year old daughter to the bathroom and spotted the man looking up at her from inside the toilet.
Enslow, was helped out of the septic tank by members of the Keystone Fire Department, who cleaned the poo off of him with a fire hose.
“He went in there, climbed down in the septic and was looking up at the people utilizing that facility,” said Tulsa County Sheriff’s Maj. Shannon Clark.
The Tulsa man told authorities that a woman had hit him on the head with a blunt object and had dumped him in the toilet but the police pointed out that “There were no injuries consistent with that.”
According to Oklahoma law, any person “loitering or hiding near a residence, locker room, dressing room or restroom” with “intent to watch a person in a clandestine manner” can be convicted of a Peeping Tom misdemeanour and is punishable by up to one year in jail and a whopping $5000 fine.
An arraignment date has been set for Enslow for July 15th.
