Team Ireland has bagged yet another medal at this year’s Special Olympics World Games which are currently taking place in Los Angeles.
Rachel Ryan has bagged the first gold medal for Ireland in this year’s World Games in the 400m at Loker Stadium.

The Tipperary native’s win joins the 15 other medals secured by Team Ireland at this year’s games.
The Games will continue until August 2nd with athletes from across the country competing in 12 different disciplines.
