A New York City police officer allegedly put a woman who is seven months pregnant in a chokehold after she was accused of illegally grilling in front of her home in Brooklyn.
While it is unclear as to what exactly happened, the New York Daily News published a number of photographs which appear to show an officer’s arm draped across Rosan Miller’s neck.

These images, published by New York Daily News, have caused a bit of controversy.
According to the publication, police turned up in the area on Saturday evening for an unrelated issue. That is when the incident unfolded.
Rosan was reportedly arrested for disorderly conduct while her husband was charged with resisting arrest and obstruction. Her brother John was also charged with harassment and obstruction of justice.
The 27-year-old was not hurt in the incident but the NYPD are believed to be investigating the matter. Officers have been banned from using the chokehold since 1993.
