This is frightening.
A tweet posted from the Garda Traffic account showed that a driver was stopped last night for driving at 208km/h.
Spotted on JOE.ie, the incident occurred on the M7 in the vicinity of Kildare.
The male driver was arrested, charged and will appear in court in February.

People often complain about Garda speed cameras but this is proof that they are necessary on Irish roads.
