Over the past few months, we have seen a massive change in Ryanair’s customer service policies and pretty much everyone is rejoicing. On top of being allowed an extra bag on to their flights (this was basically the best news), the company have fixed up their website and just made the whole flying experience much more pleasurable.
Well, now it is going to get even better.
It seems that Ryanair are going to get rid of their current on-time music, i.e. that really annoying trumpet that plays every time you land somewhere.
Yesterday, the company took to their twitter account and asked their followers if they would like them to keep their on-time trumpets.
Don’t forget to vote in our SURVEY: Should we change our on-time music? Tweet #dontgochanging or #downwiththetrumpets to vote. Closes 5pm!

Thankfully, the response was to get rid of the current music.
We asked whether we should change our on-time music. Thanks for all your votes. And you chose… #downwiththetrumpets http://t.co/ppmKXONZxA
