A man has been killed in a single-car collision in Co.Louth.
According to an official statement, Gardaí were called to the scene at Ballybinaby near Hackballscross in the early hours of this morning.
Emergency services, together with members of An Garda Siochana, arrived at approximately 2.20 am, but the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The body of the 23-year-old victim was taken to Louth County Hospital and the scene has been preserved for examination.
