Dan Haggerty, whom many will remember from the Grizzly Adams film and TV series has died.
According to ABC News, his manager Terry Bomar said that Dan had been battling cancer of the spine.
A statement released by Terry on behalf of the Haggerty family read: “Dan Haggerty, a beloved Father and friend, has died at 4:30 this morning at St Joseph Hospital in Burbank, CA, surrounded by his family that loved him.
“He had fought a long hard battle with cancer of the spine that was discovered in August of this year”.

During his TV career, Dan also starred in a number of other shows including Charlie’s Angels, CHiPs and The Love Boat.
