A French primary school teacher has been stabbed this morning in Paris.
The victim sustained injuries before 7 am this morning before classes were due to start.
The Mirror reports that the attacker was wearing gloves and white overalls and made reference to ISIS during the assault.
According to initial statements from the victim, the attack was in the name of Islamic State, before adding “this is a warning”.
The victim is said to be in his 40s. His current condition is not known, but he is being treated in hospital in Lariboisiére. The incident occurred at Jean Perrin Aubervillier primary school in Seine-Saint-Denis.
