We reckon most areas were affected by the heavy downpours last night but it seems County Clare got the worst of it.
The area was hit by flash floods due to the rain and some houses got flooded. Our bros at JOE.ie got this video sent into them from a summer house in Liscannor.

RTÉ News reports that several western areas of the country, including Lahinch and Doolin, were also affected by flooding.
While today is supposed to be brighter, more rain is said to be on the way leading into next week.
