A body has been found following a seven-hour search for a missing fisherman in Co. Clare.
The oyster fisherman was said to have got into difficulty in the early hours of the morning.
Emergency services were called to Poulnasherry Bay at about 3.25am.
It has been reported that the body was reportedly located at approximately 10.40am this morning.
Kilkee, Doolan and Ballybunion coastguard units along with Shannon rescue helicopter and the Kilrush lifeboat team were all involved in the search.
