An Irish man has died following a tragic accident in Africa.
The 20-year-old from Dublin is understood to have fallen in Tanzania on Saturday.
Govan Jolliffe-Byrne studied at Maynooth University and has been described by his local GAA club as a “true legend”.

He had been backpacking around East Africa for the last three months.
A spokesman for the Department of Foreign Affairs has stated that consular assistance is being provided to his family.
