Hot on the heels of news that the Spice Girls may reform for the Olympics, Girls Aloud are reported to be reforming.
Relations between Irish member of the group Nadine and bandmates Cheryl, Nicola, Kimberly and Sarah seem to have thawed in recent months, and it looks now as though that the group will perform at the Royal Variety Show this coming November.
It would be a double landmark for the quintet, as this November will be ten years since the group’s formation on TV talent show Popstars: The Rivals.
Today’s Daily Star Sunday quotes a source close to the band as saying; ’Being asked to perform at the Royal Variety Show is massive for the band.’
Girls Aloud previously performed at the high-profile gig in 2004, which you can relive in the video below.
An ITV documentary is also in the works, 10 Years Of Girls Aloud is due to be screened following the finale of this year’s X Factor in December.
