David Gray is ‘Back In The World’ and has just premiered his new single online today.
‘Back in the World’ is the first release from Gray’s upcoming album, Mutineers, which is due out June 17th.
Speaking to USA Today, Gray explained the record’s title is about “tearing up the thing that I had”.
“I was the captain of the ship, but I was also the mutinous crew. I had to throw myself overboard to make this record.”
Gray is confirmed for various festivals throughout the summer.
Catch him at Westport Festival on 28th June, Daytripper, Waterford on 5th July and Groove Festival, Kilruddery Estate, Bray on 6th July.
