The 57th Grammy Awards are due to take place on February 8th and over on the official Grammys Twitter, they’re beginning to filter out the list of nominees.
This morning, Ed Sheeran and Pharrell Williams announced the first four categories on CBS, with the Londoner bagging a nomination in the ‘Best Pop Vocal Album’ category and Pharrell getting a nod for ‘Best Urban Contemporary Album’.

Ryan Seacrest announced the ‘Best Pop Solo’ performance on his personal Twitter account. Nominees include John Legend’s ‘All of Me’, Sia with ‘Chandelier’, Sam Smith’s ‘Stay With Me’, Taylor Swift’s ‘Shake It Off’, and Pharrell Williams’ ‘Happy’.

‘Album of the Year’ will be the final announcement and will be revealed at ‘A Very Grammy Christmas’, that will feature performances from Ariana Grande, Maroon 5 and the brilliant Sam Smith who has a whopping three nominees out of the five featured so far.
