Last night, the X Factor live shows kicked off in earnest and some of the contestants really pulled it out of the bag.
Of course, some killed it a little more than others.
Lauren Platt was definitely one of the stand-out performers of the night, getting rave reviews from the judges for her unique take on Pharrell’s Happy.
Love her or hate her, Chloe-Jasmine is definitely a bit different and we enjoyed last night’s sultry cover of Britney’s Toxic .
Fleur East blew Simon away at Judges Houses with her version of Jessie J’s Bang Bang and last night, she tackled song-of-the-moment All About That Bass.
What to say about Andrea? Already a firm favourite with the bookies, the Italian singer performed an amazing cover of Michael Jackson’s Earth Song. We LOVE him.
Lola Saunders was named as the wildcard in the Girls category and proved she was definitely worthy of a place in the competition, with her rendition os Sam Smith’s Stay With Me.
