It was the greatest love story of the eighties and now the much-anticipated on-stage reunion of Kylie Minogue and Jason Donovan could happen just before Christmas. Oh yes. And yes, it will be especially for you (see what we did there? Hah!)
The Irish Independent reports that Kylie and Jason were supposed to reunite at a concert planned by pop producer Pete Waterman in London’s Hyde Park earlier this year, but unfortunately the concert had to be abandoned after bad weather led to safety fears.
Pete Waterman is the man who helped Kylie and Jason make their way into the charts when they began singing together, and the concert was to feature some of the acts Waterman had worked with over the years.

Kylie and Jason back in the day…
The good news is that Pete is planning to get the two former-lovebirds together again at Christmas.
“We are going to do it again at Christmas. We are going to do two nights at the O2 or at least one night, we’ve just got to confirm one artist who is due to go home for Christmas, I’ll give you a clue there,” said Pete, speaking recently.
“I just have to convince that artist to stay here until at least Christmas Eve and we can do it all the way we want to,” he added.
Would you be interested in seeing Kylie and Jason on stage? If the prospect doesn’t exactly fill you with excitement, maybe you should ask your Mam – chances are she’ll probably be overjoyed at the news that Kylie and Jason are planning to reunite.
