Ed Sheeran Adds Another Date at Dublin’s 02

Following his sensational performance at Vicar St last week, Ed Sheeran has announced an extra Dublin date.

Sheeran will now play The O2 Dublin on 3, 4, 5 and 6 Oct 2014. Tickets for the first three dates (4, 5 and 6 October) are already sold out. Tickets for this extra date, Friday 3 October, will go on sale this Friday 15 May at 9am.

Sing, the first single to be taken from his forthcoming highly anticipated album is now available, released due to phenomenal demand. Ed’s brand new album x is set for release Friday June 20th. This new release follows his critically acclaimed and hugely successful 2011 debut +; an album that has achieved worldwide sales of over 4 million copies to date. It also saw Ed as the recipient of various awards for the record, including 2 Brits, an Ivor Novello and multiple Grammy nominations.

Sheeran recorded x at various locations around the globe with producers as Rick Rubin (Eminem, Jay-Z, Red Hot Chilli Peppers), Pharrell Williams (Daft Punk, Robin Thicke, N.E.R.D), Benny Blanco (Rhianna, Wiz Khalifa) and Jeff Bhasker (Alicia Keys, Jay-Z).
