Coldplay frontman Chris Martin has revealed that the band will not be taking a break from music despite rumours of a three-year hiatus.
According to reports the chart-topping group are far from taking some time out. In fact Martin is already working on new material for the follow-up to Mylo Xyloto.

Chris made a statement that suggested the band were taking a break.
“I’ve been writing songs and I’m so fired up about the band’s future. I’m fortunate to do what I do and no way do I want to stop,” he told the Daily Star recently.
“This three-year break only came about because I said at a gig in Australia that we might not be back there for three years. That’s probably true, but that’s just how a world tour works. No chance are we taking a three-year break.”

The group is said to be working on their next album at the moment.
Gwyneth Paltrow’s other half also told The Sun newspaper that, unless the rest of the boys are changing career paths, the album is on its way: “The album is definitely coming, unless the rest of the band decide to pursue their modelling careers of course – goodness knows mine is over.”
We don’t mean to be harsh, because the boys all look lovely, but somehow we don’t think they’d cut it in the modelling business!
