The pair spend a day in each other’s boots, with Munster and Ireland hero Paul sparring with up and coming boxers from Katie’s gym before taking on Katie herself (brave man). Next, Katie is put through her kick and pass paces on the pitch with Paul and some talented youth rugby players.
