West Waterford Food Festival
Focusing on the rich family tradition of food in Ireland, the theme of this year’s West Waterford Festival of Food is ‘Generations of Irish Food.’ Taking place from 9 – 12 April in the seaside town of Dungarvan, the festival will shine a spotlight on some of our home grown heroes and the generations of families who continue to produce, cook, sell and run some of Ireland’s greatest and best-loved restaurants and food businesses.

Phase One Electronic Music & Arts Festival
Taking place in Carrick on Shannon, Co. Leitrim on 4 and 5 April, the festival is a celebration of electronic music and art in all its form. Events during the weekend will include boat parties, a digital arts trail, cutting edge electronic music, international acts, talks on topics relating to the Irish electronic music scene, film and live visuals, music production masterclasses and much more.

Galway Food Festival
The fourth annual event feature five days (2 – 6 April) of delicious food and free events for the whole family in the festival capital of Ireland. The week will celebrate Galway as a good food destination, with a strong emphasis on artisan, seasonal and local produce. Visitors will enjoy food village at the Spanish Arch, open-air markets at Galway Market, Woodquay Country Market, Galway West End and Moycullen Market, restaurant trails, food trails, cooking and baking demonstrations, and much more.
