X Factor star Lauren Platt is said to be single after her boyfriend Liam Baker ended their relationship due to her so-called “friendship” with a fellow contestant.
A few weeks ago the 16-year-old was linked to Charlie George from Only The Young but while reports suggested that they may have been romantically involved, these claims were denied.
At the time, an insider said: “Lauren and Charlie have a great friendship but there is nothing more to it. Lauren is in a long-term relationship and both she and Charlie are hurt that a supportive friendship is being made into something more.”

But now it is being reported that Lauren’s relationship has ended because of alleged hook-up. A source told The Sun newspaper: “Her going with Charlie was the final straw.”
To add insult to injury, there are doubts over whether the aspiring pop star will perform on tonight’s show after coming down with the flu.
