Valentine’s Day is quickly approaching, and for some, the panic stations will be kicking in once the cards hit the shelves.
If you’ve been dating ‘The One’ and are ready to seal the official deal, it might be time to get down on one knee.
Statista used results from a survey carried out by Chillisauce, quizzing 13,000 Britons about their love lives.
And they also uncovered the ultimate results if you want to take the pressure off the big question… you should produce the ring on Valentine’s Day.

An overwhelming 30 per cent of female respondents claim the perfect day to pop the question is Valentine’s Day… with a guaranteed yes for the partner who’s willing to put in the extra effort.
In a slightly less romantic setting, there were some interesting results on how men and women typically view the holiday.
As the old saying goes, men are from Mars and women are from Venus… which is quite telling after the results of this survey.
The same survey boiled down how your sex can dictate that holiday free-time, asking men and women what they thought the real point was of Valentine’s Day.
So what’s the most important factor to take into call for February 14th?
While the majority of both sexes agreed that you should take the time to show you care, some men gave a more honest interpretation of their take on February 14th.
While 51 per cent of women claimed the Hallmark holiday is a great excuse to show someone you care, just 29 per cent of men shared the same sentiment.
Some (more honest) men were quick to point out that men also associate the day with getting a chance to have a throwdown in the bedroom (25 per cent) while nearly a fifth associate the day with dinner (18 per cent).
Kind of takes the shine off that heart cuddling teddy bear now, doesn’t it?
