The Great British Bake Off Christmas Masterclass – BBC Two (8.00pm)

Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood return to make a range of festive favourites including mince pies and Christmas pudding. Our taste buds are tingling already!

Bad Santas – Channel 4 (9.00pm)

In the second part of the documentary, we see the wannabe Santas trying to find work in department stores. Let’s just say some find it easier than others.

Homeland – RTÉ Two (9.00pm)

The series finale is finally here. Tonight Carrie contemplates returning to the CIA while Brody meets with Faber and Saul undertakes a secret mission. And that’s only the half of it!

Walk the Line – Film4 (9.00pm)

Reese Witherspoon and Joaquin Phoenix star in this biopic about Johnny Cash. The film looks at the events that led to his incredible professional success as well as his troubled personal life.

Tv 50 – RTÉ Two (10.35pm)

Strippers seem to be the big thing this year (no pun intended). This programme follows a twenty-something-year-old Sligo man as he comes up with an idea to make money.
