We’re all prone to breaking down into a fit of giddy excitement at the thoughts of winning the Lotto jackpot, but our reaction to that dream is nothing, and we mean NOTHING compared to this little lad.
One-year-old Rían O’Neill from Co. Kildare was chilling out at home with his family when the Lotto draw came on the telly, and what happened next is video gold.
