Portobello Ladies Gaelic Football team certainly proved a point this week with a video that tracks their hard work and dedication throughout the season.
The video celebrates the trials and tribulations of championship football from training in the hard rain and wind, to pre-season team bonding sessions with multiple obstacles to overcome.
The clip also shows off the skill and dedication of the talented group of women, and showcases their achievements despite injuries, family commitments and everything else in between.
Fair play ladies, this is inspirational stuff!
