These kids seem to really love their teacher.
Teacher Natalie Moy had no idea that when New York firefighter (and her boyfriend) David Royael showed up to give her class a safety lesson, that they were all about to share a really special moment together.
According to FDNY’s Frank Dwyer, who spoke to Gothamist, David visited Natalie’s kindergarten class on the last day before the Christmas break to demonstrate some fire safety techniques.
He said: “At the end of the lesson, he asked the kids if they wanted to see their teacher put on his bunker gear.
“They said ‘yes!’ and you see how the rest plays out.”
Dwyer tells the publication that the pair have been together for two years.
