It’s not just festive cheer in the air this year, with an adorable proposal setting the theme at Dublin Airport this morning.
Louise Mooney was left shocked when her boyfriend Martin Mulroe popped the question in the middle of arrivals, admitting she thought the cameras and choir were all part of Conor McGregor’s homecoming.
According to the Irish Mirror, the student was collecting her boyfriend after he flew in from Australia, but he’d already planned a surprise of his own.
Mayo man Mulroe pulled out all the stops for his girlfriend of three years – and from the look of the video, it seemed everybody was pretty excited to take part in the celebrations:
