When Ema O’Hagan found an abandoned day old kitten in her grandmother’s garden on Friday, she decided she needed to look after the stray.
Wrapping her up in blankets, Ema says she took the kitten into her home to warm her up in front of a fan heater.
Being the adoptive mother to the newest recruit of her family, Ema says:
“When she was warm and with a bit of milk in her tummy she came to life and started meowing and sprawling around.”
It’d be easy to think then that Ema’s two year old yorkie Rosie might have been jealous of the the kitten they christened Pamela Ring.
Instead though, it seems Rosie has some motherly instincts about her…
