They don’t give away much but we’re still very excited to see them.
BBC has released a pair of short teaser clips for Doctor Who’s upcoming 50th Anniversary special.
The first teaser from the broadcasting company features the hashtag #SAVETHEDAY while the voice of the eleventh doctor, Matt Smith, reciting the title of the episode,“The Day of the Doctor.”
The second sting shares the date of the anniversary special which will have an extra-long running time of 75 minutes.
The show’s current doctor Matt Smith will be joined for the episode by former timelord David Tennant.
“50 years has turned Doctor Who from a television show into a cultural landmark,” the show’s executive producer Steven Moffat previously said in a statement.
“Personally I can’t wait to see what it becomes after a hundred.”
The BBC has said that they’re working on the official trailer for the episode, so we’ll have to keep waiting for a while yet!
