Prepare to have your heart broken.
Terenshinha Prieto Flores is an 80-year old woman who has been in hospital in Santa Maria since December. As well as battling her illness, Flores was lost without her puppy, Pink.
In the last few weeks, Flores’ family were told that she wasn’t going to make a recovery. As tough as it was, Flores found the strength to make one last request.
She wanted to see Pink just one more time.
Moved by her last request, hospital workers decided to grant Flores her dying wish.
The moment she gets to meet Pink again, and say goodbye, is heartbreaking but beautiful.
